Commitments for the full product

Conversation and report content will never be used to train AI models.
Raw chat uploads will be deleted after a paid report is generated; uploads abandoned before purchase will be deleted within 24 hours.
Guest reports are planned to expire after 90 days. Reports saved to an account remain until the user deletes them.
Support staff will not have routine access to chat or report content. A user must explicitly share content for a support case.
Account and report data are planned to be stored in an EU region.

The local preview uses OpenAI. The hosted preview is disabled while secure production upload, authentication, rate limits, stored reports, and checkout are being built. OpenAI EU processing requires an eligible account and approved data controls; the active endpoint is configured on the development server.
